In order to make your carpets as clean as possible, we use many different cleaning solutions (chemicals) to do it unless steam-only is requested by the customer. These chemicals are extracted in our final step when steam cleaning. We aren’t leaving these chemicals in your carpet. We use these cleaning solutions to keep our quality high. We use a chemical pre-spray in order to emulsify the soiling in your carpet, tile and upholstery. For carpet, we use pre-spray, stain spotters, and a solution made to break down the enzymes in urine and other proteins. We use different cleaning agents for wool and olefin rugs and anti-allergen needs. We also use a rinse agent at 220 degrees used to leave the carpet and upholstery soft and your tile free of water spots. We evaluate the needs at the time of the job, and for the package that is purchased. If you have certain severe stains, there’s no way to get them out without using a cleaning agent.
Are we "Green" Cleaners?
The only way any carpet cleaner can call themselves “green” are by not using cleaning agents and only use hot water. If they keep any chemicals in their van that are not deemed "green" then they can't call it "green." Your carpets only get so clean without help from science. Even though we research what we keep in the van to assure it’s environmentally friendly, safe for kids and pets but we can’t call it green and keep to our high standards.
