Severe Stains

What is a severe stain and why won’t normal carpet cleaning get it up? We consider a severe stain to be a specific spill or small area on your carpet that did not come up during cleaning. The longer a stain is left untreated, the less likely it is to be removed. It’s important to understand that when a spill first occurs, it sits on the surface of your carpet or fabric, but over time, that spill can start to react with the fabric causing it to change colors. Not knowing what the stain is made of makes it more difficult to remove.
